Water intake is one of the most important parts of our lives, at least it should be. It is essential to permanent weight loss and also suppresses the appetite naturally. It keeps the kidneys functioning properly and also regulates bowel movements. Drinking a lot of water Is also a way of detoxing cause  your body will flush out any toxic waste.
They say that drinking 8fl. Oz. of water a day is the standard, but that depends on your weight as well. A person who weighs more will generally have to drink more water to satisfy what their body needs. There are also other factors besides weight such as lifestyle (If you are  a very active or athletic person) How  much you sweat, climate, if you’re wearing heavy clothing etc. These things may increase your water intake.
A lot of people complain that water is too bland and that makes it bad and uninteresting to drink throughout the day; However there are many other ways you can satisfy your water intake (of course you still need to drink your water but you can incorporate goodies such as fruits, smoothies, vegetables, protein shakes and even coffee). Most importantly you want to keep your body from feeling dehydrated because then you can mistake that for hunger when you’re actually really just  thirsty. Staying hydrated has many benefits it helps you work out longer and harder, it can also give you a false sense of  feeling full (causing you to eat less).

Drinking water during exercise
During an average hour of exercise you lose about 2% of your 40 or so quarts of body water. You should drink 8vfl. Oz of water right before you exercise. During exercise drink 4 fl. Oz. Every 15 minutes. Then about a half hour after exercise drink another 8 fl. Oz.
