Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop Biogen Plant Based Protein Powder, Chocolate flavour
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
