[RECIPE] Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Chia Pudding

This creamy, dreamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Chia Pudding recipe is packed with protein, fibre and healthy fats to keep you satisfied and energised.

It’s a great option for a moreish breakfast or an after-dinner dessert option that satisfies your sweet tooth without unwanted sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Biogen Plant Based Protein Powder, Chocolate flavour 
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Biogen Plant Based Protein is a supreme daily supplement and an excellent choice of protein for anyone following a vegan or dairy-free lifestyle. Rice and pea protein is free from gluten, dairy, and lactose making it easily digestible, especially with the added bamboo fibre.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve topped with additional peanut butter and freshly sliced banana.
