Lean Greens Powder Review + 10% Discount Code

Lean Greens is a super greens powder that’s really popular among gym bunnies and folks who care a lot about their health. It helps you hit your 5-a-day easily and it’s loaded with vitamins and minerals to help you feel healthier and boost your energy levels. In this review of Lean Greens, you’ll get to hear what I actually thought about it and if I’d recommend it.

How it all got started

I stayed away from green powders for a long time because I thought my diet was already good. But then I tried spirulina powder, which was supposed to be super healthy—it was horrible! Still, I kept trying different green powders until I discovered Lean Greens, the top super greens powder in the UK. It actually tasted quite good, was easy to drink, and didn’t make me gag. I was really happy to find it!

So, what’s in Lean Greens exactly?

Lean Greens is loaded with amazing stuff like Wheatgrass Powder, Barley Grass Powder, Spirulina Powder, Chlorella Powder, Alfalfa Powder, Spinach Powder, Broccoli Powder, and much more.

It’s got 18 raw veg and green ingredients in all.  Can you imagine eating that many types of plant food in one day? It’s pretty much impossible!

They’ve also added digestive enzymes to help keep your gut happy, green tea extract for a big antioxidant boost and loads of other benefits, and a bit of stevia for a touch of sweetness.

Lean Greens powder also contains maltodextrin to make a better-tasting drink but I’ve heard that some people don’t tolerate this ingredient well, especially those with IBS, but it hasn’t been a problem for me at all.  I suspect it contains very little maltodextrin, so it’s likely fine for most people.

Overall, it’s got a seriously impressive list of ingredients. Each serving (3 teaspoons) only has 55 kcal and 2.5g of sugar (that’s all natural). And it even has a bit of fibre—0.5g per serving.

The Benefits

We all know we should be eating plenty of fruits and vegetables—aiming for at least 5 portions a day, though some suggest going up to 10. Lean Greens makes it easier to hit your daily greens target and comes with several key benefits:

  • Antioxidant Rich: Lean Greens is packed with antioxidants, helping to reduce body inflammation.
  • Digestive Support: It includes enzymes that improve digestion, reducing gas and bloating.
  • Energy Boost: Packed with vitamins and minerals, and enhanced with green tea extract and Siberian ginseng, it boosts your energy levels.
  • Curbs Cravings: By supplying your body with essential nutrients, Lean Greens helps control food cravings, which can aid in weight management. This happens because your body doesn’t feel deprived of essential minerals and vitamins, reducing your urge for snacks like chocolate or chips.
  • Skin Health: The extra vitamins in Lean Greens are great for your skin.
  • Overall Health and Immunity: Although it doesn’t specify exact amounts of each vitamin or mineral, adding Lean Greens to your diet boosts your overall health and strengthens your immune system.

What do I really think?

I think this stuff is fantastic for anyone who struggles to get enough veggies in their diet. It’s such an easy and simple way to get your greens, especially on those days when you’re too busy to even think about cooking or shopping.

Lean Greens has been a real lifesaver for me! It helps me stay healthy even when my schedule is packed. It’s easy to mix in a bottle first thing in the morning, so you don’t forget. Plus, the taste isn’t bad at all for a green drink—it’s totally drinkable.

So, yes, I love it and think it’s a good investment in your health. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it’s definitely worth it if budget isn’t a concern. Plus, with my discount code BEHEALTHYNOW10, you can get 10% off, so keep that in mind.

So, would I recommend it?

Yes, absolutely—if you’re not getting enough greens in your diet, I definitely recommend it. Give it a try for at least a month to really see the benefits. When you start fueling your body with the good stuff, you’ll notice fewer cravings, better skin, and a boost in energy.
