Some say that when women hit a particular age they lose “IT” They lose “IT” as in their sexy because it becomes harder to lose weight. The average modern woman has a very demanding schedule. It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day things that are priorities such as career, motherhood, working hard to make ends meet and just keeping the home together. Some women have to travel for work and have grueling schedules; however none of the above is a good enough reason to not take care of yourself. In fact this is an important time in your life so you should definitely make yourself a priority. Your health should definitely be a priority because there are natural changes that occur once you turn 40, These changes even start occurring for some women once they reach their thirties. Here are some things that happen:
-Your metabolism decreases which results in your body burning less calories.
-You start to lose muscle mass
-You begin experiencing general aches and pains
-Your bones start to get a little weaker (thinner)
-You experience more stress as a result of more responsibilities
All of these things are inevitable; However there is a way to combat them. Here are some helpful tips.
1.) Exercise
Resistance training is a great way to build and strengthen your muscles. Interval training or Weight-training. It increases blood flow to the capillaries bringing more oxygen to muscles and building endurance.
2.) Eat a lot of protein
Organic protein is highly recommended

Grass fed Beef
Black Beans
 Chickpeas
Lentils
Organic Chicken
Kale
Brocolli
Free range eggs
Spinach
Asparagus 
Protein shake

4.) Suggestions to Releive Stress
Yoga
Stretching
Exercise
Deep breathing
Aerobic
Strength training
Praying 
We can’t turn back the hands of time but we can still look and feel amazing by taking care of ourselves. It’s all about what we put into our bodies and the time that we put into maintaining ourselves. You can work out at home, at a park, a local gym and all you need to start off with is 30 minutes a day. We commit to so many other people and things in our lives it’s time to commit to being fit over Forty.
