What’s so special about berries?

 Berries are not the cheapest fruits that you can buy, but they are definitely some of the healthiest. These small edible fruits can be eaten in moderation and still make a big difference in your diet and
 overall health. The best berries are blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. They are a good source of fiber and are considered to be cancer fighting fruits. Studies have shown that people who eat at least 3 to 4 servings of berries per week are healthier than those who don’t. Ofcourse it depends on ones lifestyle and the other choices that you make, but generally speaking. Berries are rich in antioxidants and also an excellent source of Vitamins A, C and E, folic acid, Selenium and Calcium. Berries can improve your blood sugar and insulin levels and regular consumption of them can help defend against bacteria and viruses. Berries are delicious and nutritious and they can be added to your yogurt, cereal or smoothies there are hundreds of ways that you can enjoy them but the whole point is to just enjoy them! Add more berries to your diet today and you’ll see and feel the difference!!
