Quarantine Time

Quarantine Time

The one thing that I know about survival is that we all have the ability to do it. It’s an instinct, something that’s ingrained in us. Some people have to really reach within to do it, but for others they go into survival mode quickly. Now we are all in quarantine being put to the ultimate test. This Pandemic seems to have put a pause on the world, but it hasn’t completely put a pause on our lives. This wasn’t in any of our plans and it’s inconvenient and negative, but have you stopped to think about how you might really come out of this? Why not take the opportunity to change your thinking and focus on the positive? Here are a few questions to ask yourself!

1.) What are the things that matter the most to me?

2.) Have I been making enough time for the things in my life that matter the most?

3.) Has this time in quarantine given me any clarity in my life?

4.) What have I learned from this experience that might add value to my life?

5.) How can I come out of this as a better person?

Once you answer those questions make a list of the things that you want to do during this time and goals you want to achieve. I’m sure that you will be amazed what you realize and learn about yourself.
