This hearty and flavourful Plant-Protein Infused Bread is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a wholesome snack as it combines the goodness of whole grains with the power of protein.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Biogen Plant Based Protein, Vanilla flavour
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup water
Biogen Plant Based Protein is a supreme daily supplement and an excellent choice of protein for athletes and individuals following a vegan or dairy free lifestyle. Rice and pea protein is free from gluten, dairy, and lactose making it easily digestible, especially with the added bamboo fibre, an excellent ingredient for fibre enrichment.
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, protein powder, flaxseed, and chia seeds.
- In a separate bowl, combine the plant-based milk, vegetable oil, and water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. The dough will be slightly sticky.
- Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and shape the loaf.
- Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
